Movie description: A city engineer is over at Lily Banks's house inspecting some things at her home and the homes in her neighborhood. But her neighbor is doing some shady shit in his yard, so he doesn't want some government worker poking around in his business, so he pleads Lily to stall him until he can clean it up.
