Movie description: "Dakota dicking". Dakota went to the bank after a serious storm only to find out that her bank was not servicing any of their customers. The ATM's were malfunctioning so the bank put a temporary hold on all accounts. She needed to buy basic supplies to last until the utilities were restored and the grocery stores re-opened.
